Sportfishing is Captain Chris’ passion, “The drug is the tug!”. Captain Chris has fished around the world including Australia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Canada, The Caribbean and throughout the Great US of A. He grew up just outside of Denver Colorado and always had a fishing rod in his hand. Chris resides in Buford, Georgia just minutes from Lake Lanier and has 3 children.
Captain Chris is a retired beverage industry executive with a BS in Business Management. Today he is a full-time fishing guide on Lake Lanier, chasing Striped Bass, Spotted Bass and Largemouth Bass. He practices catch and release to ensure the health of the fishery for generations to come. "My goal is to get you on quality fish and make sure my clients have a great time with me on Lanier.”

The big fish are mostly caught off shore in very specific areas where the pelagic blue back herring school and are the main forage fish for stripers and spots.
